As the founder and COO of Real Virtual Team LLC, he specializes in consultancy and advisory services, impacting healthcare and professional sectors with expertise in strategic sales and leadership in B2B and B2C strategies. As Vice President of Customer and Team Engagement at Henry Schein, Ronnie advanced business processes and sales efficiency, ranking in the top 1% of Field Sales Consultants for 25 years. His leadership earned him the "Total Solution Provider Award," the highest accolade for sales excellence. Ronnie initiated "Give Kids a Smile" in New York, benefiting over 7 million children in partnership with the American Dental Association. He also taught consultative sales and management at Dale Carnegie.
